These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mogul Go (the "Game"), operated by John Sladek ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Game. By using the Game, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You may create an account using an email address, Google Sign-In, or Sign In with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Signing in with the same account on a new device may end your active session on a previous device; this is intended to protect your progress from being overwritten.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Game except as permitted by applicable law.
The Game includes virtual items, currency, and collectibles (such as in-game cash, dice, tokens, shields, and collectibles) that have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or transferred for real money or anything of value outside the Game, except through features we build into the Game for that purpose. Virtual items are licensed to you, not sold — we retain ownership of all virtual items and may modify, remove, or adjust them (including for game balance) at any time without compensation.
The Game offers optional in-app purchases of virtual currency for real money, processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown at the time of purchase and are charged by the platform, subject to that platform's own payment terms and refund policies. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or by the platform's own policies.
The Game may show optional rewarded video ads, served through third-party advertising networks, that grant in-game rewards when viewed to completion. Ad availability and fill rate are not guaranteed and may vary by region, device, and network conditions.
The Game includes asynchronous interactions with other players (such as visiting another player's board, friend connections, and competitive events). These interactions are part of normal gameplay. We are not responsible for the conduct of other players, and we do not guarantee that any particular player, reward, or event outcome will be available at any given time.
You agree not to: cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage; create or use multiple accounts to abuse promotions, rewards, or gameplay systems; harass or abuse other players; or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Game's servers or other players' accounts. We may investigate and take action against accounts that violate these Terms, including adjusting affected balances or suspending access.
The Game, including its code, artwork, characters, names, and design, is owned by John Sladek or his licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of the Game to you.
You may stop using the Game at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game, including deletion of your account and associated virtual items, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, John Sladek will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including loss of virtual items or progress.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
