Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Mogul Go (the "Game"), operated by John Sladek ("we," "us," or "our"), collects and how it's used.

Accounts and Sign-In

You can create an account using an email address and password, Google Sign-In (via Google Play Games Services), or Sign In with Apple. Depending on which method you choose, we receive an email address and/or a platform account identifier used solely to authenticate you and let you access your progress across devices. We also store a display name and avatar you choose (or that's assigned by default) for your account.

Gameplay Data

Your gameplay progress — level, virtual currency, collectibles, and similar in-game state — is stored securely on our servers so the Game can function as intended and so your progress carries over between sessions and devices. This data is used only to operate the Game and provide your account features.

Visibility to Other Players

Mogul Go includes social and competitive features (such as friends, leaderboards, and player-vs-player events) where your display name, avatar, and certain gameplay stats (like your level and board) may be visible to other players you interact with through those features.

Third-Party Services

The Game shows optional rewarded video ads through third-party ad networks (currently ironSource/LevelPlay and Unity Ads), which may collect device and advertising identifiers under their own privacy policies to serve and measure ads. In-app purchases are processed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play — we do not see or store your payment card details, and those purchases are subject to Apple's and Google's own privacy policies.

Data Storage

Account and gameplay data is stored using Google Firebase, our backend infrastructure provider.

No Access to Other Device Data

Mogul Go does not access your contacts, photos, location, or other device data beyond what's described above, and we do not sell your information.

Children's Privacy

Mogul Go is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age.

Changes to This Policy

If future versions of Mogul Go introduce features that require additional data, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features become available, and the "Last updated" date above will change.
