Delete Your Account

Delete it in the app

1. Open Mogul Go and tap the Menu button.
2. Tap Manage Account.
3. Tap Delete Account, type DELETE, and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away.

Can't open the app?

Email support@mogulgo.app with the subject "Delete my account" and include:

• Your player name, and
• The email address, Apple ID, or Google account you sign in with.

Please send the request from that same email address if you can, so we can confirm the account is yours. We'll delete the account within 30 days and email you when it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your login and account
• All game progress: cash, dice, levels, buildings, collectibles, and rewards
• Your player name, avatar, and profile
• Your friends list and any pending friend requests
• Unclaimed gifts, rent, and prizes sent to you

What we keep

Nothing that identifies you. Gifts or rent you already sent to other players stay with them. Purchase receipts are kept by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Deleting your account can't be undone. Signing in again later starts a brand-new account.
